In what's become a running theme this season, the Northside Rams gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. Everything went their way against Holy Spirit Catholic as Northside made off with a 57-36 win. The win was just what Northside needed coming off of a 63-18 defeat in their prior match.
Northside was led to victory by Kamryn Knowles and Caroline Jones. Knowles scored 16 points along with three steals, while Jones dropped a double-double on 16 points and 18 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Jones has scored all season. Keeleigh New was another key contributor, scoring six points along with three steals.
Northside's victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Holy Spirit Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 11-7.
Northside won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Sipsey Valley at 6:00 p.m. on January 19th. As for Holy Spirit Catholic, they will be playing at home against Pickens County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
