The Collinsville Kahoks had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.7 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They came out on top against O'Fallon by a score of 58-48. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Collinsville also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.
Collinsville's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jamorie Wysinger, who scored 23 points. Wysinger continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Nick Horras, who scored 15 points along with seven assists.
Collinsville's win bumped their record up to 25-3. As for O'Fallon, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-10.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Collinsville will take on Glenwood at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for O'Fallon, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Belleville East at 7:30 p.m. on February 9th. Belleville East will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something O'Fallon surely won't give up without a fight.
