The Granger Christian Knights were the 43-40 winner over the Clinton Christian Couriers when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. Granger Christian lost to Clinton Christian on the road by a decisive 58-39 margin on Friday. Granger Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Clinton Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Josiah Frye, who scored 17 points along with 9 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Ethan Ramer, who scored 15 points.
Granger Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Clinton Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 1-2.
Granger Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Community Baptist Christian at 7:00 p.m. on December 12th. As for Clinton Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Non Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
