Coldwater won the last time they faced Northwest and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cardinals came out on top against the Mounties by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cardinals.

Aubrey Gebbink paced Coldwater's offense, picking up nine kills. Gebbink got some help from Brooklyn Closson and her 16 assists. Finally, Gebbink was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.

Coldwater's victory bumped their record up to 18-16-4. As for Northwest, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-20-4 record this season.
