Another player making a difference was Stephen Higgs, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
Fairfield's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-3-1. As for Littlestown, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-1.
