The Denver East Angels will face off against the Rangeview Raiders at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Denver East is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.1 runs per game this season.
Denver East came out on top against Poudre on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run sixth inning. The Angels took their contest against the Impalas 7-4. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Angels.

Colton Osmulski
| 04/25/26 @ Poudre | 6 |
| 04/14/26 @ Thomas Jefferson | 5 |
| 04/10/26 vs Montbello | 8 |
| 03/31/26 vs North Shore Country Day | 6 |
Colton Osmulski tossed a big game, striking out six batters over six innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off ten hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Finn Wrona, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three doubles and two runs. Those three doubles gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Evan L'Herault, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one triple and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Rangeview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They came up short against Montbello, falling 18-7.
Colten Burch made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Rangeview is 2-1 when Burch posts three or more hits, but 3-13 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Ryan Luevanos, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Rangeview's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Denver East, their win bumped their record up to 9-10.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Denver East has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 8.4 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Rangeview struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 7.7 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
Everything went Denver East's way against Rangeview in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, as Denver East made off with a 10-1 victory. Will the Angels repeat their success, or do the Raiders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
