 The team  relied heavily on  Reed Robinson, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of  Brody Traxler, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.
 New Prairie pushed their record up to 18-5 with that  win, which was their fifth straight  at home. As for Penn, their loss dropped their record down to 15-8.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. New Prairie will take on Kouts at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Penn, they will look to defend their home field  on Saturday against Fort Wayne Snider at 11:00  a.m.
