The Tuscaloosa Christian Warriors won against the Victory Christian Eagles last Friday with 56 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. Tuscaloosa Christian enjoyed a cozy 56-38 victory over Victory Christian. Winning may never get old, but Tuscaloosa Christian sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Leading Tuscaloosa Christian to victory were Luke Jones and Jackson Harris. Jones threw for 117 yards and three touchdowns while completing 100% of his passes, while Harris gained 188 total yards and two touchdowns. Harris was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 58 yards. Alex Anglin made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Tuscaloosa Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Victory Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
Tuscaloosa Christian will head out on the road to face off against Jacksonville Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on October 27th. Jacksonville Christian Academy will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive. Victory Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
