Seguin entered their tilt with Legacy School of Sport Sciences on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They managed a 57-52 victory over the Legacy School of Sport Sciences Titans. The win was all the more spectacular given the Cougars' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 356th, while the Titans are ranked 54th).

Seguin has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-9 record this season. As for Legacy School of Sport Sciences, they moved to 11-4 with that defeat, which also ended their ten-game winning streak.

Seguin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 59-35 loss against North Crowley on the 27th. As for Legacy School of Sport Sciences, they will take on Prince George's Christian Academy in a tournament on January 3rd.
