Polk County has been on the road for two straight, but on Friday they'll finally head home. They will be home for the holidays to greet the Tellico Plains Bears at 6:00 p.m. Given that both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Tellico Plains' good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 66-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of McMinn Central. Tellico Plains has not had much luck with McMinn Central recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Polk County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Tellico Plains, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
Polk County came out on top in a nail-biter against Tellico Plains in their previous matchup back in February, sneaking past 75-72. Will Polk County repeat their success, or does Tellico Plains have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
