They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Pennsville Memorial Eagles. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Colts as it put an end to their eight-game losing streak.
Daniel Orr tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out eight over seven innings pitched.
At the plate, Peyton Brenner was excellent, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base.
