Ridgeview Global Studies Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Bryan Lopez, who scored 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mehiel Charles, who scored 11 points.
It was another big night for Kesh Harpal, who scored 35 points for Four Corners. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Harpal has scored all season. Joshua Barnes was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Ridgeview Global Studies Academy's defeat was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-8. As for Four Corners, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ridgeview Global Studies Academy and Orlando Science will face off at 8:30 p.m. on January 19th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Florida (Orlando Science is ranked 753rd, while Ridgeview Global Studies Academy is ranked 770th). As for Four Corners, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m.
