The Irondequoit Eagles will venture away from home to take on the Churchville-Chili Saints at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Irondequoit will come into the game with an undefeated record on the line.
On Friday, Irondequoit didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Brockport, but they still walked away with a 20-14 victory. The 20-point effort marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Cooper Moore continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 141 yards and a pair of TDs. Those 141 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Bryan, who rushed for 67 yards and one touchdown on only eight carries.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Irondequoit was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 300 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 182 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.
Another reason for the win was Irondequoit's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. In that department, Anthony Major was the leader with two. Major is also crushing it when it comes to total tackles: he's made at least five every time he's taken the field this season. Myles Kedley was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making 11 total tackles (2.0 for loss).
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Churchville-Chili). They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 55-20 win over Greece Arcadia. The result was nothing new for the Saints, who have now won four matchups by 27 points or more so far this season.
Irondequoit's record is now 6-0. As for Churchville-Chili, their record now sits at 5-1.
Everything came up roses for Irondequoit against Churchville-Chili when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 39-7 victory. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Saints turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
