Waukon might be getting used to good results now that the team have seven wins in a row. They captured a comfortable 44-24 victory over Anamosa. The contest brought Waukon to 7-1 and dropped Anamosa to a mirror-image 1-7.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Waukon take on North Fayette Valley at 7:00 PM. Unlike Waukon, North Fayette Valley will be limping in after taking a loss. As for Anamosa, they will face off against Oelwein. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.
