The Pacific Union College Prep Falcons had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They put the hurt on Victory Christian Academy with a sharp  53-27 victory. For Pacific Union College Prep, this counts as revenge for the   53-45 defeat Victory Christian Academy walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in December of 2022.
  Sam Alaniz was the offensive standout of the  contest as he  dropped  a double-double on 18 points and 12  rebounds.  Andrew Saunders was another key contributor,  dropping  a double-double on 11 points and 10  rebounds.
 Pacific Union College Prep's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Victory Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
 Pacific Union College Prep will head out on the road to face off against Roseland Collegiate Prep at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Victory Christian Academy, they will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against St. Vincent de Paul at 6:00  p.m.
