Volleyball Recap: Minooka Makes It Four in a Row at Home

Minooka extended their home winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Maddie Dostall. The Indians came out on top against the Yorkville Foxes by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Dostall, who had ten digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last six games she's played.

While Minooka won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-19.

Minooka's record is now 21-10. As for Yorkville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-13.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Minooka will challenge rival Plainfield South at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Yorkville is set to square off against their familiar foe Plainfield East at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
