Reed was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all five of his plate appearances with four stolen bases, four runs, and two RBI. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.2 stolen bases per game.
In other batting news, Zayde Long was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and five RBI. Cameron is 4-1 when Long posts two or more stolen bases, but 3-6 otherwise. Brody Smith was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases.
