Roman Wilder's Big Game Leads Canterbury over Oasis Christian
Starting off the list is Canterbury's Roman Wilder, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Wilder rushed for 253 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
Canterbury's win was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. Wilder and Canterbury will be playing at home against Lakeside Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Ahmad Crumity and Co. Win 19th in a Row
Ahmad Crumity was instrumental in extending Shorecrest Prep's winning streak to 19 on Friday. Crumity turned in his biggest game of the season, picking up 124 receiving yards and four touchdowns, while also rushing for 36 yards and a touchdown. His receiving production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 108 receiving yards dating back to last season.
Shorecrest Prep pushed their record up to 7-0 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. Crumity and Shorecrest Prep will face off against Hernando Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

Nickolas Bearden was instrumental in extending Shorecrest Prep's winning streak to 19 on Friday. Nobody could stop Bearden as he threw for 182 yards and four touchdowns on only 14 passes, and also rushed for 67 yards and a touchdown on only five carries.
Sports Leadership & Management's probably not too fond of Bearden given he always seems to get the better of them. When Bearden last faced the Spartans back in October of 2023, he rushed for 90 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 116 yards and three touchdowns.

Mike Coffman Delivers Best Effort of Season
Lakeside Christian was led to victory by Mike Coffman, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Tuesday. Coffman picked up 105 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Lakeside Christian's victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-6. Coffman will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant performance when he faces off against Canterbury on Friday.

A Season-Best Performance from Jeremiah Gooch Leads Lakeside Christian over Sports Leadership & Management
On Tuesday, Lakeside Christian got the W thanks in part to Jeremiah Gooch playing the best football he has all season. Gooch picked up 141 receiving yards and three touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 65 yards.
On the year, Gooch has caught 7 touchdowns while averaging 80.6 receiving yards per game.
