Providence Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. The  match between them and the Carver Tigers didn't end well, with the Providence Christian Academy Storm falling  73-54.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Carver to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Ace Thomas, who  went 6 of 8  en route to 14  points and three  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Tony Montgomery, who  went 7 of 13  on his way to 16  points.
Providence Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 12-3. As for Carver, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Providence Christian Academy will take on Rabun County at 8:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Carver, they will venture away from home to  face off against Hardaway  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.
