Conant and Hoffman Estates are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2019, but not for long. The Conant Cougars will head out on the road to face off against the Hoffman Estates Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Conant is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.
Last Saturday, Conant earned a 51-38 win over Central.
Meanwhile, even though Streamwood scored an imposing 58 points on Monday, Hoffman Estates still came out on top. Hoffman Estates walked away with a 71-58 victory over Streamwood. The victory was some much needed relief for Hoffman Estates as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Conant is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season. Hoffman Estates' record is now 13-9.
Conant ended up a good deal behind Hoffman Estates when the teams last played back in December of 2023, losing 54-39. Can Conant avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
