Parker had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the eight-run drubbing they dealt Kingman Academy on Monday. The Parker Broncs put the hurt on the Kingman Academy Tigers with a sharp 11-3 win. With that victory, the Broncs brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

The team relied heavily on Oscar Ortega, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Marcus Jimenez was another key player, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4.

Parker was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .387. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kingman Academy only posted a batting average of .231.

The win got Parker back to even at 3-3. As for Kingman Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4-1.

Coming up, Parker will square off against Yuma Catholic at 3:45 p.m. on March 18th. As for Kingman Academy, they will challenge Williams at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Kingman Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.8 runs per game this season.
