The Clarke County Bulldogs were the 37-36 winner over the St. Luke's Episcopal Wildcats when they last played one another on January 2nd, but their luck changed this time around. Clarke County fell 57-47 to St. Luke's Episcopal on Saturday. Clarke County has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead St. Luke's Episcopal to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kalaysia Robinson, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 13 rebounds. Robinson has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last three times she's played. Armani Coleman was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with two blocks.
Clarke County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for St. Luke's Episcopal, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Chickasaw the next time they take the court. St. Luke's Episcopal will host Chickasaw at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Clarke County will head out to face them at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
