Amari Clarke was his usual excellent self, scoring 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kemonte Coleman, who scored ten points.
Meanwhile, SEED DC ended up a good deal behind Idea on Tuesday and lost 81-67. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (59), SEED DC still had to take the loss.
Washington Leadership Academy has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for SEED DC, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-15.
Washington Leadership Academy ended up a good deal behind SEED DC in their previous matchup back in January of 2023, losing 64-46. Thankfully for Washington Leadership Academy, Ja'Veon Davenport (who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds) won't be suiting up this time.
