You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Queen's Grant's strategy against Valor Preparatory Academy on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Queen's Grant Stallions blew the Valor Preparatory Academy Owls out of the water with an 85-19 final score. The Stallions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Queen's Grant got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Za'Miya Bynum out in front who went 15 for 24 on her way to 32 points along with eight assists and eight steals. That makes it 15 consecutive games in which Bynum has scored at least a third of Queen's Grant's points. Another player making a difference was Misa Garris, who dropped a double-double on 28 points and 11 steals.

Bynum wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Queen's Grant was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Several Owls players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kaizen Almanzar, who posted eight points.

Queen's Grant's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 67.7 points. As for Valor Preparatory Academy, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Queen's Grant won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Jackson Day at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Jackson Day is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59 points per game this season. As for Valor Preparatory Academy, they will challenge Union Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
