On Saturday, the Redwood Giants and the Branson Bulls finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. That draw made it three straight for the Giants.

Something new happened on Saturday as Ike Gebhard saw his first action of the season, playing one minutes against Branson. Gebhard made the most of the opportunity, putting up one assist and two steals A few more games like that and he might be seeing even more time going forward.

Redwood's draw gives them a new season record of 2-1-3. Meanwhile, Branson's record is now 2-3-4.

Redwood will welcome San Rafael at 3:15 a.m. on Monday. As for Branson, they will head out on the road to square off against Archie Williams at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. Branson's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
