The Fairhope Pirates will challenge the Theodore Bobcats at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Fairhope is coming into the  game hot, having won their last four games.
 Last Friday, Fairhope made easy work of Robertsdale  and carried off  a  38-14 win.
 Fairhope had a senior duo take command as  Desmond Thomas rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown and  Jahaven Johnson rushed for 74 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 89 yards.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Fairhope was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 291  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've managed all season.
 Fairhope wouldn't let Robertsdale keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. It was truly a group effort as  Jacob Hagan,  Rock Gearhart,  and  Gearhart picked up one apiece.
 Meanwhile, Theodore came up short against St. Paul's Episcopal on Friday and fell  14-7. The  match marked the Bobcats' lowest-scoring  matchup so far this season.
 Fairhope's victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 4-1. As for Theodore, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
 Fairhope was able to grind out a solid  win over Theodore when the teams last played  back in October of 2021, winning  21-12. Will Fairhope repeat their success,  or does  Theodore have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
