The Ezell-Harding Christian Eagles are taking a road trip to  take on the Clarksville Academy Cougars  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Ezell-Harding Christian's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
On Wednesday, Ezell-Harding Christian came up short against Donelson Christian Academy  and fell  3-1.
Meanwhile, Clarksville Academy has been struggling as of late, and they have yet to win a game this season. They came up short against  Friendship Christian on Tuesday, falling  5-2. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Clarksville Academy were already down  4-0.
 Logan Gibson wasn't going to let Friendship Christian walk away unscathed as he scored both of Clarksville Academy's goals, bringing his season total up to eight goals.
 Clarksville Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-9-1. As for Ezell-Harding Christian, they now  have a losing record of 4-5.
 Ezell-Harding Christian was able to grind out a solid  victory over Clarksville Academy when the teams last played  back in April of 2024, winning  3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the  team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
