Despite the loss, St. Maries still got an impressive performance from Sami Sindt, who scored 6 points along with 7 rebounds. Jacklin Linnemeyer was another key contributor, scoring 6 points.
The last time St. Maries won on the road was back last Tuesday. Having now lost three straight away matchups, they've bumped their record down to 1-4. As for Troy, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
St. Maries will be playing at home against Kendrick at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Troy won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Kamiah at 7:00 p.m. on December 1st.
