After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Dayton Christian, Legacy Christian Academy was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Xenia Buccaneers as they made off with a 16-5 victory. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by ten runs or more this season.
Adriel Angel and Jacob Thompson did most of the damage at the plate: Angel went 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double, while Thompson went 3-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. That's the most RBI Angel has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of John Augustine, who went 2-for-3 with three runs.
