The Naches Valley Rangers will head out on the road to square off against the Eisenhower Cadets at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Naches Valley is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Cadets in Washington (the Rangers are ranked 67th, while the Cadets are ranked 230th).
Naches Valley scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 72-38 win over College Place at home. Naches Valley has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 33 points or more this season.
Meanwhile, Eisenhower's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by Toppenish 69-41. Eisenhower was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-18.
Naches Valley is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Eisenhower, they dropped their record down to 4-13 with that loss, which was their sixth straight at home.
