Parkville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Anthony Council, who scored 11 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 steals. Another player making a difference was Mikko Persia, who scored 15 points along with 5 steals.
Edgewood's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Parkville, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Edgewood will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Aberdeen at 5:30 p.m. Hopefully Aberdeen focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten on Wednesday. As for Parkville, they will head out on the road to face off against New Town at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
