Southeast Bulloch won the last time they faced Islands, and things went their way on Friday, too. Southeast Bulloch had just enough and edged out Islands 24-21. The margin of victory was a little narrower than expected seeing as Southeast Bulloch are ranked 193 places ahead of Islands in the state rankings.
The win bumped Southeast Bulloch's record up to 3-0. Islands are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Southeast Bulloch will stay at home next week against Savannah at 7:30 PM. Islands will be defending their home turf for the first time when they go up against Beach at 7:30 PM.
