Leading Palmer Ridge to victory were Sofia Romero and Taylor Peterson. Romero scored nine points along with four steals, while Peterson scored 14 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Romero has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Corinna Arellano, who scored seven points along with four steals.
Palmer Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Elizabeth, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5.
Palmer Ridge will be playing in front of their home fans against Discovery Canyon at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Discovery Canyon will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. As for Elizabeth, they will head out on the road to face off against The Classical Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
