The Tri-Valley Bulldogs scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They breezed by Upper Dauphin Area on the road to the tune of 83-20. The win was just business as usual for Tri-Valley, who after eight games remain undefeated this season.
Caden Leonard was his usual excellent self, scoring 20 points. Those 20 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Noah Porter, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Tri-Valley's victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.6 points per game. As for Upper Dauphin Area, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
Tri-Valley won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Williams Valley at 7:00 p.m. on December 28th. Williams Valley will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 383rd, while Tri-Valley is ranked 49th). As for Upper Dauphin Area, they will head out on the road to face off against Northern Lebanon at 11:00 a.m. on January 6, 2024.
