Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Pahranagat Valley Panthers, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They fell just short of Eureka by a score of 34-32. Pahranagat Valley's loss signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.
Anthony Minoletti was his usual excellent self, throwing for 290 yards and three touchdowns while completing 73.5% of his passes, and also rushing for 103 yards and a touchdown. Eureka also got help from Tyler Watts who showed off his sure hands for 115 receiving yards.
Pahranagat Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Eureka, they pushed their record up to 11-0 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home.
Pahranagat Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Eureka also has no future games currently scheduled.
