The biggest upset of the week belonged to Versailles, who took down 41st ranked Marion Local, 24-14.
Josh Huber of Coldwater ran for the longest rushing play in Midwest Athletic this season against Minster last week. Huber scampered for 85 yards on the play and finished with 85 on the day as his team topped the Wildcats.
Coldwater's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Austin Bruns threw for 190 and two touchdowns and Caleb Siefring had 63 yards receiving. Kyle Post helped Coldwater's passing attack out by catching three balls for 51 yards.
Coldwater's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Cavaliers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Bruns has thrown for 1106 yards and 15 touchdowns this season, while Siefring has 18 catches for 390 yards. Bruns also leads the league in rushing with 261 yards.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Chip Otten's team takes on St. Henry. The Cavaliers have allowed 41 points this season, while the Redskins have given up 56. Coldwater allowed 6 points last week as it topped Minster.
St. Henry moved up to 113 from 209 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Jeff Starkey's team climbed the ranks as a result of a 49-7 win over New Bremen.
