Aubrey Becker put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in February on Tuesday. She struck out 14 batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and ten unearned) runs off three hits (and only one walk). Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Somerville back in March of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Becker has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Becker and Snook will venture away from home to challenge Brazos at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday. Becker had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their matchup back in March of 2024 13-3. Could another big game from her be enough to change the outcome this time?
