The Klein Forest Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their sixth straight loss. They were beaten by Klein Oak 74-39. Klein Forest has not had much luck with Klein Oak recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Khloe Vaughn was her usual excellent self, dropping a triple-double on 12 points, 11 rebounds, and 12 assists for Klein Oak. Vaughn hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Londyn Colon, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 13 rebounds.
Klein Forest's loss was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 14-10. As for Klein Oak, they have been performing well recently as they've won 14 of their last 17 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season.
Klein Forest will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Waller at 7:00 p.m. Waller is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. As for Klein Oak, they will head out on the road to square off against Klein Collins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Klein Collins is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
