After two weeks on the road, Lowell is heading back home. On Thursday they take on Oakridge at 7:00 PM. Oakridge will need to watch out since Lowell have now posted big point totals in their last four contests.
Last Friday, Lowell put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They took the match and then some with a 68-28 win over Mapleton. The win was familiar territory for Lowell, who now have four in a row.
Meanwhile, Oakridge have to be aching after a bruising 22-48 loss to Elkton. Oakridge's defeat continues a disappointing trend for the team, making it three losses in a row.
Lowell's victory lifted them to 4-2 while Oakridge's loss dropped them down to 2-4. We'll find out if Lowell can add another positive mark to their record or if Oakridge can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Lowell's step.
