The Cougars will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rams at 6:00 p.m. Del Campo has given up an average of 10.7 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Del Campo is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 17 runs on Monday, they were much more limited against Wood on Tuesday. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 14-2.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Casa Roble, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Rio Linda 6-5.
Zaria Gee was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one double.
Casa Roble was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .379. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Casa Roble has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-5-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Del Campo, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12.
Del Campo's speedy runners might be the difference in Wednesday's contest. The Cougars have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.8 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Casa Roble, though, as they've been averaging only 1.3 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Del Campo continue to outrun the ball?
Del Campo suffered a grim 18-2 defeat to Casa Roble when the teams last played back in March. Can the Cougars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
