Mount Juliet Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Christian Frewin, who scored nine points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jude Beaty, who scored eight points.
Mount Juliet Christian Academy's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Clarksville Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mount Juliet Christian Academy will face off against the Shires at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Clarksville Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against the Commanders at 3:30 p.m. on February 3rd.
