After soaring to 63 points the game before, the Capital Golden Eagles were a bit more limited in their contest on Wednesday. Their tough 47-23 loss to Timberline might stick with them for a while. Capital lost against Timberline in their previous head to head back in November of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 54-35 score last time.

Capital's loss was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 3-10. As for Timberline, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-5.
Capital will head out on the road to face off against Boise at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Boise will be looking to extend their current 11-game winning streak. As for Timberline, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Centennial at 7:30 p.m.
