The McCook Bison will venture away from home to take on the Waverly Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. McCook will be strutting in after a victory while Waverly will be coming in after a loss.

Meanwhile, Waverly ended up a good deal behind Seward on Friday and lost 35-21.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Carter Mcmillan, who rushed for 87 yards on only 12 carries, and also threw for 156 yards and a touchdown.
McCook's record is now 2-0. As for Waverly, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
McCook came up short against Waverly in their previous matchup back in November of 2018, falling 36-30. Thankfully for McCook, Rhett Jordon (who rushed for 297 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.0 yards per carry, and also threw for 117 yards and a touchdown on only eight passes) won't be suiting up this time.
