A Season-Best Performance from Kaneal Sweetwyne Leads Skyridge over American Fork
On Wednesday, Skyridge got the W thanks in part to Kaneal Sweetwyne playing the best football he has all season. Sweetwyne rushed for 142 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries, and also threw for 233 yards and a touchdown while picking up 10.6 yards per attempt, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
The victory was the fifth in a row for Skyridge, bringing their record for this year to 8-2. Sweetwyne and Skyridge will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Riverton at 6:00 p.m. on November 1st.
