After a disappointing seven points in their last game, Winslow made sure to put some points up on the board against Medomak Valley on Saturday. Winslow put a hurting on Medomak Valley to the tune of 35-0. Winslow were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast. The match pushed Medomak Valley down to 3-4 and pulled Winslow up to the reverse at 4-3.
Winslow will look to defend their home turf next week against Old Town at 1:00 PM. Old Town are limping into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. As for Medomak Valley, they will face off against Camden Hills. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
