Franklin will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Weston Ranch at 5:00 PM. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Everything went Franklin's way against Davis last Friday as they made off with a 34-7 win.
Weston Ranch had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They blew past Ripon 34-7. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 21-0.
Their wins bumped Franklin to 1-1 and Weston Ranch to 1-0. With both Franklin and Weston Ranch swaggering in after impressive performances, it will be interesting to see which team steps up to teach the other some humility.
