The Weiser Wolverines lost a heartbreaker when they last took the court, but unfortunately for them the defeat they were handed on on Tuesday was a bit more commanding. They were the victim of a rough 74-48 loss at the hands of McCall-Donnelly. Weiser has been going strong on the season, but this is now their second loss in a row.
Gabi Green was her usual excellent self, scoring 28 points for McCall-Donnelly. That makes it four consecutive games in which Green has scored at least a third of McCall-Donnelly's points. Cassidy Crockett was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Weiser's loss dropped their record down to 15-6. As for McCall-Donnelly, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a massive bump to their 12-6 record this season.
Weiser does not have any more games scheduled as of now. McCall-Donnelly also has no future games currently scheduled.
