Lone Grove won the last time they faced Marietta and things went their way on Friday too. Everything went the Lone Grove Longhorns' way against the Marietta Indians as the Lone Grove Longhorns made off with a 46-20 win. The Longhorns have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 21 points or more this season.

Lone Grove's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-5. As for Marietta, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lone Grove has already played their next game (against Tishomingo), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Marietta will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Dickson at 6:30 p.m. on January 28th.
