After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last eight contests, Preble Shawnee finally came back down to earth on Friday. They were dealt a 40-7 loss at the hands of the Tri-Village Patriots. The game marked the Arrows' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.
Despite the defeat, Preble Shawnee saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ethan Mauller rushed for 67 yards on only seven carries, and also picked up 48 receiving yards.
