Mid-Penn - Capital recap Oct. 23, 2012
Trinity extended the longest winning streak in Mid-Penn - Capital this week by beating Camp Hill, 42-14. The victory was the sixth in a row for the team.
Trinity took down the Lions 42-14 last week, the largest margin of any game. Mike Boguski threw for 230 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 65 yards in the win.
Alex Cramer was the best wideout in the league this week as Bill Ragni's team bested Camp Hill. Cramer racked up five receptions for 80 yards. Brandon Kuntz helped Trinity's passing attack out by catching three balls for 66 yards.
Chase Shulda was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 19 carries, he ran for 140 yards as East Pennsboro bested Frank Kindler's team. Teammate Ryan Turpin added to the ground attack by rushing for 23 yards.
Trinity's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Shamrocks feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Boguski has thrown for 1439 yards and 14 touchdowns this season, while Danny Jackson has 30 catches for 542 yards. Adam Geiger leads the league in rushing with 1001 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Trinity takes on second place Susquenita. Last week, Trinity defeated the Lions, while Susquenita topped Milton Hershey.
Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when the Shamrocks take on the Blackhawks. Trinity's offense has racked up 298 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while Susquenita has allowed only 82 on the year.
